Am I obliged to include cleaning in the price?
As it is a private space for the exclusive use of residents, as is customary in these situations, cleaning can be left to the responsibility of guests.
And how is the cleaning of shared bathrooms?
It would be impossible to guarantee cleaning every time a guest uses a bathroom. The responsibility for sanitizing afterwards, and even before each use, is the responsibility of the guests. The local accommodation is obliged to leave cleaning and disinfection products so that guests can manage these tasks.
Is it necessary to guarantee the change of bed linen and towels?
As long as they have a washing machine, the task of managing clothes can be left to guests as usual.
In this sense, it can be agreed that the guest himself brings his own change of clothes or leaves two changes from the AL whose cleaning is then managed by the guest himself.
What does the Noise Law say?
The General Noise Regulation was established by Decree-Law no. 9/2007 and applies to permanent or temporary noisy activities. It also includes “other sources of noise likely to cause nuisance”.
What rules should we all follow?
· Do not make noise between 11 pm and 7 am;
· Between 7am and 11pm, although noise is permitted, it must not be a source of discomfort for neighbors;
· Use common sense. Don't bother if you don't want to be bothered.
